FREE group runs with an emphasis on exercise as a way of managing our mental health

I strongly believe that getting outdoors and moving is a vital tool in managing our mental health, sometimes it can just be getting out on your own for some headspace, other times you want company and the opportunity to run with others and chat about what you have going on.

To help with this I have two FREE run sessions as below, one monthly for anyone who likes to run and the second a fortnightly social run group, suitable for all levels of runners, the social run group is an opportunity to run together, chat about things you have going on, ask for help if you need it or just enjoy the company of others with no expectations on how fast or how far you can run.

FREE Run Groups

Monthly Run, Talk, Action Social runs

An opportunity to run as a group and chat with other runners, each month there is a theme around how to manage or improve your mental health, we talk about this during the run for you to then take away and implement into how you manage your mental health.

We meet in a different location each month.

For more details contact me below.

Every other Monday at 6pm

A group for any ability of runner to come out and run with others, chat about what they have going on, maybe get some support if needed and kick start the week with exercise.

Exercise plays a huge part in managing our mental health and this is an opportunity to work on this.

The route is usually around 5k to 7k and we are out for between 30 and 45 minutes, the routes vary each week and can be road, trail or a mix of the two.

We meet in locations around the Lightwater area.
