Fit For Life means something different to each and every one of us, for some it might be to compete at their sporting activity, for others it could be to have the energy and fitness for their job and others it could be to enjoy all the things they like doing in life as they grow older.

Whatever the reason you need to work on your health and fitness to achieve that level of fitness you want, not just from a physical point of view but from a mental point of view as well.

Looking for an event to train for?

I am one of the Race Directors at Brutal Run, a series of challenging off road events making the most of natural obstacles such as mud, hills and water.

I can provide you with all you need to succeed at these events, whether that be pushing yourself as hard as you can or crossing the finish line with a smile on your face and a sense of achievement.
