I am an England Athletics Endurance Coach and Coach in Running Fitness, combining the knowledge I have from these qualifications, my own running experience through training and racing and being coached myself I am able to provide you with exactly what you need to improve your running, train for a specific event or just enjoy your running more.

By combining running, strength training and nutrition together we can achieve whatever you are working towards.
I offer two options for run coaching...
Option 1 - Online only

This is the option for you if you are looking for a running plan combined with strength training and nutrition advice, this option includes

Bespoke plan based on your running goals, provided in the Final Surge coaching app​

Feedback provided on all training sessions

Strength training plan to support your running, designed on where you can train, home or gym based

Nutrition advice to support your training and racing

Weekly check in and feedback

Support via WhatsApp as and when you need it

Option 2 - Hybrid
​
This is the option for you if you are local to me in the Lightwater, Surrey area and looking for a running plan combined with strength training, nutrition advice and in person 1 to 1 training sessions, this option includes

1 to 1 sessions, these can be a mix of strength sessions or running sessions to work on technique, effort sessions or pacing practice
